These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding electronic contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 between Growxa Ai (“Growxa”, “we”, “us”) and the business entity or person accessing our services (“User”, “you”).

1.Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By registering an account, connecting a Google Business Profile, submitting a business location, or subscribing to any paid plan on growxa.in, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You are the verified business owner or an expressly authorized representative of the Google Business Profile you link to the service.
- You agree unconditionally to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
2.The Approval-First (Human-in-the-Loop) Model
Unless explicitly configured otherwise by you in dashboard settings, all generative actions (local posts, customer review responses, catalog updates, retention campaigns) are staged in a Pending Approval queue.
Nothing is transmitted to Google Maps or sent to customers via WhatsApp until you tap “Approve” in the dashboard or reply “1” to the WhatsApp preview notification. You remain the final authority on all communications published under your brand.
3.Google Profile Suspension Protection Guarantee
Google vigorously penalizes and suspends business listings that make risky, unauthorized changes to their core identity fields or publish keyword-stuffed spam. To safeguard your business asset, Growxa Ai enforces a hard architectural safety gate:
- Zero Automated Core Field Edits: Our system will NEVER automatically modify your Business Name, Primary Category, Physical Address, or Contact Number on Google Maps, even if an approval is accidentally triggered.
- Category 0 Guardrail: Any proposed profile edit undergoes rigorous compliance checks against current Google Business Profile guidelines prior to surfacing for your review.
- Anti-Spam Content Guard: Generated copy excludes prohibited content, fake review incentives, misleading guarantees, and banned keyword repetition.
4.Acceptable Use & WhatsApp Policy
You agree NOT to use Growxa Ai to:
- Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent business reviews or fake testimonials.
- Transmit unsolicited spam or mass marketing messages via WhatsApp to consumers without verifiable consent.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the proprietary GeoGrid ranking or scraping algorithms of Growxa Ai.
- Impersonate any person or business you do not legally represent.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your Growxa Ai account without refund.
5.Billing, Subscriptions & Cancellations
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or equivalent currency on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree).
- 14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day zero-risk trial. No credit card is required to begin. No automatic billing occurs upon trial expiration without your explicit consent.
- Self-Serve Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time with 1 click in your account settings (`Settings > Billing`). Your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: All refund requests are governed by our standalone Refund Policy, which provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions.
6.Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of your business name, logos, store photography, product catalogs, and all approved posts published through Growxa Ai.
Growxa Platform: The Growxa Ai platform, software code, GeoGrid ranking visualizations, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Growxa Ai and its licensors.
7.Disclaimers & Ranking Expectations
While Growxa Ai utilizes industry-leading local SEO best practices, active GeoGrid monitoring, and verified NAP synchronization, we do not guarantee specific numerical search rankings (#1 position) or sales volume on Google Maps or Google Search.
Google’s search and map algorithms are proprietary and change periodically. Growxa Ai disclaims any liability for third-party changes to Google’s platform, search policies, or API availability.
8.Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith mutual discussions. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
